The GLB series energy-saving self-priming pump is an ideal replacement for long shaft submersible pumps, vertical long shaft pumps, submersible sewage pumps, ordinary self-priming pumps, and horizontal centrifugal pumps. This product is widely used in areas such as steel, chemical, petroleum, power, metallurgy, environmental protection, construction, sewage treatment, pharmaceuticals, and tap water. 1The pump unit should be installed vertically during installation to ensure smooth operation of the motor and pump shaft.

2Install a filter screen at the lower end of the water pump inlet pipeline to prevent large particles and impurities from being sucked into the water pump, entangling or damaging the impeller. When connecting the inlet pipe to the water pump inlet, the screws are evenly stressed to ensure that the inlet pipe does not leak air.

3When installing the water outlet pipeline, one one-way valve (to be provided by the user) must be installed. Before starting the pump, the valve must be tightly closed to ensure the water outlet speed of the pump.

4Before starting the water pump, the cooling water pipe should be connected to ensure that the mechanical seal cannot dry out. At the same time, check whether the main shaft of the water pump is flexible and use a point power method to check the direction of the water pump. Only after confirming the correct direction can the water pump be started at full pressure.

5The outlet pipeline and valve of the water pump should be fixed on the support frame (provided by the user). All pipelines outside the pump unit should be connected to the pump unit without load, and all pipeline connections should be tight and leak free. Otherwise, it will affect the self-priming function, flow rate, and head.

6When transporting liquids, the three indicators of flow rate, head, and suction should be controlled within the range specified by the selected model, otherwise it will cause fluctuations in motor current and affect normal operation.

7This pump is based on the principle of vacuum pump self suction. Users are strictly prohibited from arbitrarily expanding the diameter of the suction tube during installation, otherwise it will affect the suction speed and cause motor current overload and damage.

1. The GLB series self-priming pump adopts a non curved design for the inlet and outlet channels, effectively reducing the resistance and loss of the medium during the pumping process to a small extent. Due to the special hydraulic model design and combined production process of the impeller and volute, the efficiency of this product can be improved by 20% -30% compared to ordinary self-priming pumps, with energy-saving effects.

2. The GLB series energy-saving self-priming pump is equipped with a vertical VI special motor, using imported high-quality bearings such as SKF and NSK, and both the front and rear end caps are equipped with oil nozzles, ensuring smooth operation, high precision, low noise, and long service life.

3. The GLB series energy-saving self-priming pump impeller, volute, and pump shaft are made of special wear-resistant stainless alloy materials cast and processed. The impeller and volute are designed and installed with detachable wear-resistant alloy mouth rings. When the operating efficiency of the pump unit decreases, simply replacing the wear-resistant alloy mouth ring can restore the pump unit to the factory specified parameter values. Not only is the maintenance cost low, but the service life is also 5-8 times that of long shaft submersible pumps, vertical long shaft pumps, and submersible pumps under normal circumstances.

4. The GLB series energy-saving self-priming pump adopts two major series of mechanical seals: containerized water-cooled and self cooled. When the water pump pumps non granular media at room temperature, a containerized self cooling machine seal can be used, which is durable and does not require cooling water configuration. When the water pump pumps high temperature and mixed with particles such as metal oxide iron shavings, sand particles, and other harsh working conditions in sewage, a containerized water-cooled mechanical seal can be used. The medium sewage does not contact the sealing surface of the mechanical seal, ensuring that the mechanical seal is always in good operating condition, so that the pump set can achieve the purpose of durability.

5. The GLB series energy-saving self-priming pump is designed with an intelligent vacuum pumping device. The pump set does not require water drainage, and water can be discharged normally within 0-15 seconds after starting the pump. It can also be equipped with an automatic control system according to user requirements, which can enable the pump set to automatically start at high liquid levels and stop at low liquid levels locally or remotely, achieving unmanned and reliable operation.

6. The GLB series energy-saving self-priming pump is designed as a vertical derrick type fixed structure, which is compact in structure, occupies a small area, and has a low lifting height.
